Rice Krispies Fudge


-2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
-1/2 cup butter or margrine
-1/2 cup corn syrup
-2 tsp. vanilla
-1 cup icing sugar
-4 cups Rice Krispies

Melt chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir in icing sugar until smooth. Add cereal, mix until combined. Spread into lightly greased pan. Chill. Cut into squares.
